The BCCK provides members with both business and networking opportunities, in a variety of forms. Knowledge exchange is facilitated through Breakfast Workshops and online forums, while business insight is provided during Business Lunch Meetings. Regular ‘Shindigs’ also provide attendees with the opportunity to socialise in a more informal setting.

Business Breakfast Workshops

The Breakfast Workshops are a forum within which to hold detailed discussions on specific topics of current interest to members. Numbers are kept to a maximum of 18 members in order to ensure a lively debate in which everyone can participate. Someone experienced in the subject under discussion leads the Workshops.

General Meeting Lunch

The Business Lunch Meeting is the most formal of our networking events to which a well-known speaker is invited to address the gathering. These speakers are drawn from either the local businesses, diplomatic sectors or invited to speak from the United Kingdom.

Our ‘Shindigs’ are an informal evening gathering to allow for more social networking among members, many of which have a special theme ranging from that of a ‘garden party’ to a ‘cocktail evening’. Each Shindig has a sponsor who is given an opportunity to promote their company and services during the evening.

Special Events

The BCCK Annual Christmas Lunch is the highlight of the business calendar – bringing together more than 300 people for end-of-year revelry. In addition there are several one-off events held throughout the year, dependant on high-profile visits from the UK and UK-related events such as the Rugby World Cup. As well as these, the BCCK also provides members with a number of services and events used to facilitate or promote their business in Korea.
